azalea and rhododendron blossoms adorn the North Carolina Smoky Mountains with beauty and fragrance. Experience an Appalachian
Spring with a cacophony of birds singing their songs. You can almost see the green leaves sprout from the treetops.
You can feel the warm sunshine or enjoy a spring shower. The air is springtime fresh.
Summer

runs year round with beautiful winter views that cannot be seen when foliage blocks the views. The tourists are gone
and the North Carolina Smoky Mountains winter views without foliage are endless.

and an even more spectacular view! We celebrated our 14th anniversary in your lovely home. Even though we we on
vacation, we got up every morning before sunrise to photograph the sun bursting over the mountains. The scenery was
different each morning. We were treated to a rainbow, butterflies, hawks, fabulous sunsets and crystal clear nights
on the deck watching shooting stars. We enjoyed sightseeing and dinner at Lulu's in Sylva. We hated having to

this lovely, serendipitous
amenity, it is encouraged that you have 4 wheel drive when the weather reports are
forecasting snow. We cannot guarantee snow but think how wonderful and beautiful the mountain view will
be if you are lucky enough to get snow.
